About Camshay

Camshay Developments was launched in January, 2013 by Steve and Carla McArthur – lifelong residents of Okotoks. Prior to Camshay, Steve co-founded Bow Mark Paving with his father in 1979 and developed the family business over 33 years into a multimillion dollar enterprise. Steve sold his portion of the business to his brother in 2012, and is pursuing his life-long real estate passion to “build things” (including two houses in Okotoks and one in Hawaii). The family is deeply committed to Okotoks, demonstrated by donation of a performance stage (McArthur Stage dedicated to Steve’s parents) in Olde Towne Okotoks, support of minor hockey, contribution of a sound system to the Centennial Arena, and contribution to the Okotoks Hospice.
